SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping from CHF 59.–

For orders over CHF 59.–, shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.

Orders under CHF 59.–

For orders below CHF 59.–, a flat rate of CHF 6.90 is charged for postage and packaging, regardless of the number, size, or weight of the parcels.

Special shipping conditions

Selected items may be shipped from CHF 3.80 or even free of charge.

Partial deliveries

If, for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment is delivered in multiple parts, the shipping fee is charged only once.

RETURNS / RETURN OF GOODS

There is no legal right of return in Switzerland. However, Alplinepaws GmbH offers a voluntary return option under the following conditions:

1. Register your return

All returns must be announced in advance by email: info@alplinepaws.ch

You will then receive the correct return address and further instructions.

Please include:

– Full address

– Order number

– Item number(s) & quantity

– Reason for return

– Refund as voucher or payment?

Return of accessories

Unused items in undamaged original packaging can be returned within 14 days after receipt.

Exclusions: Dog clothing (hygiene reasons).

Return of pet food

Food items can only be returned within 5 days after receipt. Must be unopened and in original packaging.

Not eligible for return:

– “Stop Foodwaste” items (expiry date under 6 months)

– Royal Canin products (MARS Group)

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Alplinepaws GmbH.

REFUND

Once the goods are received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded. Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method.
